#7 Wrestle someone of equal strength

Required time: 
It depends how equal you are in strength. Ten minutes to prepare; Move fragile objects out of the way, make sure the surface you're on is soft and remove any sharp objects such as belts, watches and rings. Stretch.
Cost: 
Free.
Cons: 
It might hurt. Physically, and mentally for the loser.
Pros: 
It's a good workout. And an endorphin rush. Plus it's pretty sweet.
