#27 Come up with your own warm-up exercise

Required time:
3-8 min is usually moderate, depending on how warm you want to be and which exercise you do. Head, shoulders, knees and toes go a bit faster than that hopscotch etc..
Cost:
Crayons costs about €3 in a toy store, ink pens, about the same. Otherwise, the rest is completely free as long as you don’t destroy the bed or other furniture.
Cons:
You may get sweaty. But that’s also the point.
Pros:
You soften your body and wake up your brain. It is easier to do hard things when your body is already warm and you are less likely to hurt yourself. Music is great to warm up to because it helps set the pace and you concentrate on the music rather than on how hard it is.
