#33 Write down everything you don't understand

For the first twenty years of my life I thought stereotype meant a type of stereo. I've used it and nobody has blinked, or corrected me. I mainly blame the people around me for this being able to go on as long as it did without being corrected. It scares me to think about all the other things I haven't got straight.

Now I've got a black notebook where I write things down that I don't know what they mean. Constantly striving to understand the world around me and the words and phenomena in it. Filling the gaps. Learning even though school has been out for years. Evolving.

Required time:
The minute to find or buy a pad.
Cost:
The cost of a pad and pen, 0.5 €, unless you have these things at home.
Cons:
None.
Pros:
You can do more than nod when people around you talk about the financial crisis or World of Warcraft.
