#281 Become a Twitter poet
Just because a bunch of attention-hungry C-celebrities are using Twitter to tell the world what they’re cooking for dinner doesn’t mean that it is the only use of the micro-blog in question. You can do hundreds of things with Twitter and we probably haven’t come up with most of them yet since we're so limited.
When the Internet was new, it was necessary to use a metaphor to get companies to understand why they should have a website. So it was basically explained as a digital brochure for your business. In this way they limited the way certain people thought of the Internet for years. As a result, many businesses still have pages where you don’t have any opportunity to comment or talk to the owners of the site. Dare to find new ways to utilize a new phenomenon. Twitter is a perfect tool to practice expressing yourself poetically. Become a Twitter poet and use your haiku skills and your minimalistic and mysterious phrases. Try out the lyrical lines on people you do not know. Pilot metaphors to friends and acquaintances. Experiment with your linguistic skills in cyberspace.
