#308 Learn to bike trial

Today’s guest blogger is Peter Bäckgren who has competed in cycling trials for over 10 years, both internationally and in Sweden. This is an introduction to the sport that Peter recorded in England on his last trip abroad. Everything can be practiced with an ordinary bicycle, most easily with a mountain bike or similar with two hand brakes.

Those who visited Länge leve klotet during the Göteborg Culture Festival last summer could see spectacular bike shows with some of the best trials riders. The bikes jump, between and over seemingly impossible obstacles. Not only is it fun, it's a full body work out. Bike Trial is an eco-friendly extreme sport that you can practice virtually anywhere. Wear a helmet and go out and practice, maybe it’ll become your new hobby.

Required time:
1 week or less
Cost:
Free
Cons:
May cause irritation and sore muscles, but do not give up because of it.
Pros:
You practice your balance and concentration, can ride safer and perhaps learn something impressive.
